All are very nice when it comes to helping - but he is exceptional. The first time I had contact with Silverio, I was dropping my 87 year old mother who is in a wheel chair. He picked her up curb side, helped with the baggage, check in, and was super pleasant to deal with. Please take care of Silverio- every successful company has at least one like him- and those who don't simply are not nearly as successful as those who do.

I recently traveled SWA and I was lucky enough to have Julia as my wheelchair assistant. Such a beautiful person, helpful and respectful. She was so happy to be doing her job. I’m not sure if it was her training or just her lovely soul but she is a fantastic representation of your company. As a person with a disability, your service is so important to my travel experience. So please pass on my thanks and thought’s to Miss Julia. 

This morning, the woman at the counter called for a porter and I said please take good care of my mother. She said Silverio is the best- and low and behold it was the same person who helped me before. I was completely relaxed dropping her off knowing she was in good hands with people who actually care. It is odd dropping off a loved one into someone else's care. At Southwest- I am not worried at all.
